The Plans
Got a house plan already?
Great! If you don’t, we can help. Our team at Stoneridge Builders will work closely with you and one of our recommended architects to develop, review, refine, and finalize your custom plans. Still looking for a location for your dream home? If needed, we can also help with land acquisition through our recommended realtors.
The Pricing
Once you have your plan finalized, we can begin the bidding process to provide a cost estimate. During this meeting, we’ll explore your preferences for every room in the house. Expect us to ask a lot of questions! We’ll help you navigate options on everything from flooring and fixtures to hardware and handrails.
The price estimate we give you will include a detailed breakdown of every expense involved in building your home. Even with a firm budget, we can show you how to save money in some areas so you can splurge in others.
The Progress
Once we have a signed contract, we will begin the building process. As your house takes shape, from concept through completion, Stoneridge Builders will continue to communicate with you every step of the way. If factors, like weather, impact the timeline or budget, we’ll keep you in the know.
Change your mind about something midstream? We don’t believe this should mean extravagant charges. We’ll work with you to minimize the additional cost as much as possible.
